How can I buy?

Buy in Filament2print is very simple and consists of 4 steps:

  1. Select the products you wish to buy entering the file for each product and clicking the button "Add to Cart". Remember to select the quantity and desired characteristics of each product.
  2. Once you've added products to the shopping cart and prior review of the characteristics of each product, you must confirm the order at the top right of the web.
  3. If you are registered on the website of Filament2print will have to identify. If you are a new user you must register correctly. To do this fill all required fields such as your personal details, telephone, email address, etc. This information is completely private and in no case be transferred to third parties. If you do not wish to register to order there is a third option it is to place an order as a "guest". With this option you will not have access to all functionalities of the web.
  4. After confirming all data, the last step is to select the shipping method and pay the order. If you choose to pay by credit card, the payment information will be sent through an advanced encryption system to ensure the confidentiality of the operation, if you choose PayPal, the system will be redirected to the PayPal system for payment in safe mode and if you choose transfer payment data appear our bank account you have to make the payment. In the latter case, payment must be referenced in the concept the order number for identification, it is advisable also send proof of payment of the transfer order to expedite the processing of the order.

After the purchase you will receive an email with your order and from your profile will see the delivery status.

How I can find products in filament2print.com?

You can find a product in two different ways:

  • You can find the product you want using the advanced search filter that appears at the top of the web. This filter allows you to look for a product based on its characteristics, based on a price range or based on the name of a product.
  • You can also find a product browsing the web the left side menu. In this menu they are organized all products by categories and sub-categories.


What are the rates and shipping options available in filament2print.com?

We offer different rates depending on each service. Each shipment has its respective fee and will be selected during the review of the shopping cart. Depending on the total order amount after applying coupons and discounts, you can be free shipping both Spain and Portugal (mainland). How to use a discount code?

When you go to checkout, just before payment, you will find a small field that lets you enter the discount code you have obtained.

Enter your code and click "Add coupon", you will see that your discount is applied automatically, or gift voucher in order.

You can only apply a discount code per order.

What payment methods can I use?

Filament2print have four ways in different payment:

  • Card: Through the secure payment gateway Redsys cards accepted Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Citicorp.
  • Paypal: You can make your payment with a Paypal account.
  • Bank Transfer: We will provide a bank account for payment of your orders.
  • Financing Your Purchase: Finance your purchase through financing platform for online purchases Paga+Tarde (Only for Spanish territory).


I forgot my password filament2print.com. What do I do?

When you access your account, or anywhere where you show a form with the e-mail fields and password to log in, you'll find a link that allows you to recover your password.

Once you click this link, it will start the password reset process in which we are going to send an e-mail with instructions to follow.

How I can change my order?

If there has been an error in your order, you can modify any of your data both shipping and billing while the order status is not "sent". If the order has already been sent the modification thereof may be costs.

You can cancel an order free of charge before it begins its phase of "preparation process" in our store. It will not be possible to cancel an order that has already been sent. If at the moment of delivery to the customer decides to reject it, you must bear the transport costs generated by shipping.

You can add items in an order provided has not been sent. The customer will pay for the result of the modification amount.

How I can finish my order?

Once we have all the data required for placing the order and confirm receipt of payment by any of the four payment options we offer, the order will be completed and proceed to the preparation and submission.

You will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase.

Do I need to identify myself?

To process your order you need to log in to that we can relate your purchase with your data. In case you're a new customer, you can register by entering your e-mail and following the steps they will tell you. If you are already customer, please enter your e-mail and password to login. In case you do not want to register you can place an order as a "guest" by providing the information needed to process the order.

When I can process my order?

Once you log into your cart, check that all the products you entered are those who want to buy. When you have validated, click "Confirm" and the purchasing process will start. Once inside the buying process you will see on the same screen products in the cart and then have to first enter information delivery and billing, second select the shipping method and finally the payment method.

How I can add products to my shopping?

In the records of the products, you will find the different formats or combinations within the same product, just pick the one that best suits your preferences and click on the orange button "Add to Cart", automatically the product will be added to your cart, with the amount you have entered.

When will I recive my order?

When you place the order, we give an estimate of the delivery time of your order. In addition as soon as order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number with which you can track the shipping status.

Where the invoice is requested?

When entering your billing you will see a field of "Company" in which to enter the name of the company  two new fields will automatically display appears. In the first field you must enter the Tax ID Number that appear on the invoice. The second field "VAT Number" is only valid for European companies (non-spanish) with a VAT Number registered.
