Tailored for high speed printing

The Pro3 HS Series facilitates high-speed printing of composite materials, ranging from 200 to 300 mm/s. This includes materials like Hyper Core and Industrial high-performance materials, guaranteeing that the printed parts meet the requirements of demanding end-use applications effectively. This capability not only boosts production efficiency but also elevates product quality. Additionally, the integration of Hyper FFF technology ensures precise and reliable high-speed printing, thanks to features such as a high-flowrate hot end and an active vibration reduction algorithm.

The integrated Hyper FFF technology facilitates printing at standard speeds of 300 mm/s, even when using Hyper Core high-performance materials. This results in a reduction of printing time by 30 % to 70 % compared to the existing Raise3D Product Series with the Hyper FFF upgrade. Moreover, the motion control system has undergone enhancements, including the implementation of a closed-loop stepper motor, double-diaphragm couplings, and an optimized axis structure. These improvements ensure precise high-speed printing without step loss and reduce noise by over 27 %.

Tailored for high-volume industrial printing tasks, the Raise3D Pro3 HS Series is engineered for utmost reliability and longevity. Its reinforced hot end and all-metal nozzle, coupled with a robust all-metal frame and dual-gear extruder, facilitate prolonged production hours. The optical axis structure of the coupling in the transmission system enhances tightness and durability, rendering the machine suitable for extended operation. Additionally, the new printing build plate offers a more consistent and potent magnetic attraction, mitigating model warping. It is also 1 mm thinner, heating up to 100 ºC two minutes faster, thus reducing waiting time and enhancing print efficiency.

To optimize production efficiency with minimal manual intervention, the Pro3 HS Series incorporates an automatic filament switching function, enabling uninterrupted production for up to 120 hours. It supports printing with two larger 2.5 kg filament spools, allowing continuous printing with a total of up to 5 kg of material. The RFID sensor identifies the filament and verifies necessary parameters to prevent incorrect material usage, while the auto filament unloading function reduces manual intervention, thereby enhancing production efficiency and minimizing labor involvement.
