Raise3D Hyper Speed Auto Calibrator (Pro3 series only)

The Hyper Speed Auto Calibrator is an essential accessory developed by Raise3D as part of the Hyper Speed Upgrade Kit (HUK3) for the Pro3 and Pro3 Plus 3D printers, and as an extra for the Pro 3 HS and Pro3 Plus HS 3D printers. The Hyper Speed Auto Calibrator allows the Pro3 series printers to detect and adjust their own frequency autonomously.

Thanks to the Pro3 series' durable construction and stable framework, the printers can maintain its frequency settings for extended periods, with minimal variation. It is advisable to perform the calibration process every 2-3 months to ensure continued optimal performance.

How to install?

Once the HUK3 Kit has been installed (see Manual in Attachments section), the calibration process with the help of the Hyper Speed Auto Calibrator can begin. The whole process is very straightforward and takes approximately 15 minutes.

This process guarantees that all components of the Hyper Speed upgrade (hotend, filaments and software) are functioning in harmony to deliver maximum efficiency during high-speed prints. The installation process for the Hyper Speed Auto Calibrator is explained in Video 1 as well as in a manual in PDF format available in the Attachments section (pages 20-28).

Important information

1. It must be kept in mind that the HUK3 kit already comes with the Hyper Speed Auto Calibrator. This product is simply a spare part for the calibrator contained in the HUK3 kit.
2. Unlike the HUK3 kit, the Pro3 HS and Pro3 Plus HS 3D printers are not equipped with this auto calibrator, which is why it must be purchased separately.
3. The Hyper Speed Auto Calibrator is designed exclusively for the Pro3 series and it works best when paired with other elements of the Hyper Speed system, including the Hyper Speed Hotend and Hyper Speed filaments.
4. The Hyper Speed Mode must be activated so that the user can fully leverage the enhanced capabilities of their Pro3 printer with the HUK3 kit.
