In our effort to offer the best possible service to our customers, our return process is characterized by total transparency and simplicity.

Return Conditions

You can return any product purchased on our website as long as the following conditions are met:

• No more than 14 calendar days have passed since the day of receipt.
• The product has not been used and is in perfect condition, in its original packaging unopened and sealed.
• Please note that some products are not eligible for return, such as products purchased on demand or electronic components.

How to Request a Return

The process to request a product return is very simple:

1. Locate the order containing the product to be returned in your order history.

2. Click on the Start Return button.

3. Select the products to be returned and click on Return Products.

4. A pop-up window will open where you can select the shipping method for the products to be returned. You can choose whether to send it to us by your own means or if you prefer us to pick it up at the address you provide (this option is not available for all countries). In the latter case, the transportation costs will be deducted when making the refund.

5. Then, you can select whether you prefer to have the refund amount credited via a discount voucher that you can use on your next purchase (you will receive it as soon as your return is validated), or if you prefer to receive the refund in the method used for the payment of the order (you will receive your refund within no more than 10 business days from the validation of your return).

6. Our customer service team will receive your return request and, after confirming the information, will indicate the next steps for shipping the products to be returned.

7. Once we receive the products at our facilities and after their validation, we will proceed to confirm the return and corresponding refund according to your choice during the return request (discount voucher or refund).
