Sinterit, known for their wide range of compact SLS 3D printers and 3D printing powders, is one of the leaders in providing affordable SLS 3D printing solutions to various industries. The Flexa Performance powder is an advanced 3D printing material dedicated for the Lisa X printer.
It is very important to note that the Sinterit Studio Advanced Software licence is required to use this material.
This material was developed as a response to the need for a tough but flexible TPU material, a valuable addition to the Sinterit material catalog with a predominance of nylon powders. The Flexa Performance powder is a sustainable and efficient 3D printing solution thanks to its refreshing ratio of 20 %.
The Flexa Performance powder belongs to the Sinterit portfolio of Performance Powders, together with materials such as the PA11 ESD powder, the PA11 CF powder or the Sinterit PP powder. Flexa Performance is characterized by high strength and flexibility, very good resistance to tearing and repeated flexing, as well as great chemical resistance.
These excellent mechanical features as well as the chemical resistance make Flexa Performance the perfect material for the manufacturing of a wide range of products where durability, flexibility, shock absorption, energy return and resistance to harsh conditions are required. These applications include insoles and shoe soles, flexible covering elements in vehicles, seals and gaskets, production tools , flexible joint covers, vibration dampers and others where the strength of the flexible material is significant.

The Flexa Performance powder does not require the use of nitrogen during printing but the Sinterit Studio Advanced Software licence is required to use this material.
Flexa Performance is sensitive to moisture, so it must be stored properly in a dry environment. Depending on the degree of humidity or the length of time stored in poor conditions, the material may not recover its original properties.
After each use, the material needs to be refreshed by 20 %.
