3NTR A4 is a professional, rugged and industrial 3D printer with a print volume of 300x200x190mm that enables the printing of large objects with a high quality finish.
Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) 3D printer 3NTR A4, uses thermoplastic materials to produce three-dimensional prints with a quality close to that of injection molded parts. It is a robust 3D printer with a solid construction that allows an excellent performance thanks to the technology of triple extruder to print the most complex geometries with two materials (for example one flexible and another rigid) and one of soluble support.
The Industrial 3D printer 3NTR A4 achieves an extrusion temperature of 450ºC and has a temperature controlled printing chamber in which the same constant can be maintained to be able to print all kinds of industrial filaments on the market and also reaches an extrusion temperature of 450ºC (ASA, ABS, PC-ABS, PP, HIPS, Nylon, Nylon-Carbon, Tribo, PETG, PLA, TPU, etc.). Having a thermocontrolled camera is key to obtaining an optimal adhesion of the piece and a great surface finish.
In this Industrial 3D printer such as the 3NTR A4 the term "warping" is not known, which is one of the biggest problems of day-to-day printing of Desktop type printers.
3NTR A4 has a mechanical resolution of 0.015mm and with print accuracy up to 0.05mm (minimum layer thickness), making it one of the most accurate industrial FFF/FDM 3D printers on the market.
In addition, through the SSI software you can obtain the desired final results in a simpler way and avoiding basic errors thanks to the prediction and blocking of them by SSI.
Another feature that incorporates this 3D printer is the liquid refrigeration of the extruders that provides a very precise control over them. It can also be configured with a webcam with internet connection to monitor and control the printer remotely. On the other hand, a HEPA (Hight Efficiency Particle Arresting) filter can also be incorporated to filter the printing gases and thus to have a totally clean environment.
