The Raise3D E3 IDEX 3D printer sets a new standard in professional additive manufacturing, combining speed, precision, and versatility in a single machine. Its independent dual extrusion (IDEX) system allows printing with a single extruder in a build volume of 330 × 240 × 240 mm, or with dual extruders in a volume of 295 × 240 × 240 mm. With a maximum speed of 200 mm/s and a volumetric flow of up to 16 mm³/s, it delivers consistent results even in complex projects with advanced and flexible materials such as TPU.

Superior finishes with Pro Ironing technology

The Pro Ironing finishing technology of the Raise3D E3 ensures ultra-smooth surfaces, achieving a surface roughness of less than 2 µm (with Hyper Speed PLA Pro filament). In addition, the double-sided flexible PEI build plate (included as standard) or the flexible steel plate with BuildTak (optional) ensure excellent adhesion during printing and easy part removal once cooled. The automatic bed leveling system with flatness detection optimizes each production cycle and reduces post-processing time.

Precision and control in every detail

The Raise3D E3 supports nozzles of 0.2 / 0.4 / 0.6 / 0.8 / 1.0 mm, with temperatures up to 330 ºC and layer heights between 0.1 and 0.5 mm (recommended: 0.1–0.3 mm with a 0.4 mm nozzle). The silicone heated bed reaches up to 110 ºC, ensuring stability in large-format prints. It also supports printing on selected flat substrates, expanding the range of applications.

Filament protection and stability

The desiccant storage system protects sensitive materials from moisture, preventing deformation and failures. Thanks to the filament run-out sensor, power loss recovery, and compatibility with the auxiliary feeder for flexible filaments, it is possible to work with TPU, TPE (A, S, foam) and different Shore hardness levels (95A down to 80A, and all Shore D), even at high speeds (up to 200 mm/s).

It is also compatible with third-party certified materials through the Open Material Program (OMP).

Advanced connectivity and usability

The E3 includes connectivity via Wi-Fi, LAN, USB port and a live camera for remote monitoring. It features a HEPA filter with activated carbon for a safe environment and operates with a noise level below 50 dB (A) during printing. The 9-point automatic leveling system and compatibility with mirror and duplication modes help optimize productivity with consistent, precise parts.

Includes the 3D printer with all the essential functions to produce prototypes and functional parts with high precision and quality.

• E3 Full Package

Includes the printer and the additional Flex Kit and CF Kit, increasing the versatility of the system:

• Flex Kit Bundle: To work with flexible filaments, includes the Flex Kit and 1 kg of Raise3D Premium TPU 95A filament.
• CF Kit Bundle: Adds carbon fiber printing capability, including left and right CF extruders.

In addition, when purchasing the full package, an additional discount is applied. Optional packages can also be purchased separately.
