The Adaptive Gripper by Elephant Robotics is a versatile gripper designed for use with collaborative robots, including the myPalletizer 260 M5 and myPalletizer 260 Pi robotic arms. The gripper features a 2-finger adaptive design that supports both internal and external parallel gripping, as well as an encompassing grip mode for maximum versatility. It is capable of securely handling objects of different shapes and sizes, with a clamping width range of 20-45 mm and a maximum clamping weight of 150 g. This ensures precision and reliability, as the gripper can detect whether an object has been successfully picked up and verify its size. The adaptive gripper offers excellent repeated positioning accuracy, with a tolerance of 1 mm, and can quickly close its fingers for efficient operation.

Installation of the Adaptive Gripper on Elephant Robotics' robotic arms is quick and straightforward, requiring only a few minutes. Insert the clamping jaw's connection socket into the side interface located at the end of the robotic arm. Next, use Le high-tech components to attach and secure the gripper to the arm's end interface. Configuration and programming are equally intuitive, ensuring a fast time-to-production even for users without prior robotics expertise.
