The range of high-quality aluminum print plates is designed for replacement or upgrade of the print bed in WASP Delta printers such as the Delta WASP 60100, Delta WASP 4070, Delta WASP 2040, and Delta WASP 3MT Industrial. Each size corresponds to the respective build volume, providing a stable, leveled surface with excellent thermal conductivity.

These plates are made from 8 mm thick aluminum with a brushed finish and flat surface, ensuring uniform leveling across the entire print area thanks to their structural rigidity. The high thermal conductivity of aluminum allows for faster and more even bed heating, prevents surface warping, and improves first-layer adhesion, resulting in higher part quality.

Technical installation requires securing the plate with three M5 x 16 screws in the designated holes on the heated bed, then adjusting the Z-height in the printer menu to compensate for the additional thickness of the new plate. Manual leveling is then performed following the standard printer procedure (e.g., menu > prepare > manual level). These plates significantly improve bed heating times and printing repeatability, which are key factors in industrial or professional workflows.
