– Check that the build volume (Ø 400 × h 600 mm) is free of obstructions and that the printer is stable and properly leveled.

– Use pellets with a diameter between 2 mm and 6 mm or compatible blends, since the HDP technology is designed for direct printing from granules.

– Ensure that the pneumatic feeding system and the 5 L granulate tank operate correctly to prevent interruptions due to material shortage.
