The WASP 4070 Rough ABS Print Plate Kit consists of three 2 mm thick ABS plates with a textured waffle pattern, specifically designed to integrate into the vacuum system of the Delta WASP 4070 model (compatible with ZX, FX, and HDP variants). Compatibility is clearly defined.

The waffle texture of the ABS improves first-layer adhesion and allows efficient vacuum extraction, while also facilitating cleaning and reducing residual material after printing. This material offers a balance between lightweight rigidity, easy leveling, and reliable performance in repetitive production environments.

Installation is straightforward: remove the worn or smooth plates, fit the new units into the print bed assembly, and level the base according to the standard Delta WASP 4070 procedure. Thanks to the textured finish and optimized thickness, surface flatness and system repeatability are improved, even during high-volume production cycles.
