WASP 60100 HDP - 3D Pellet Printer

WASP-60100-HDP

The large-format 3D printer WASP 60100 HDP redefines the limits of industrial additive manufacturing by printing directly from plastic pellets or granules, optimizing costs and increasing production efficiency. Its FGF (Fused Granular Fabrication) technology allows for a material cost reduction of up to 90% compared to traditional filament, making it one of the most profitable and sustainable solutions in the professional industrial 3D printing market.

This large-format 3D printer is designed for demanding environments that require reliability, production volume, and advanced technical materials. Its thermoplastic pellet extrusion system supports a wide range of compounds: PLA, ABS, ASA, PP, TPU, PEEK, PC, PPS, as well as materials for MIM and CIM processes, metals, ceramics, and recycled biopolymers.

Advanced technology for professional and precise 3D printing

Equipped with high-torque stepper motors and latest-generation drivers, the printer offers quiet, stable, and extremely precise operation. Its reinforced structure provides rigidity even during prolonged industrial 3D printing sessions. The frameless tempered glass door, with certified protection, and the HEPA H13 filtering system with active carbon, guarantee a clean and safe working environment against fumes or micro-particles.

The control system incorporates a 7-inch TFT touchscreen display and an LED status bar visible from anywhere in the workshop, which improves the user experience and process monitoring.

FIRECAP System and water cooling: maximum quality with energy efficiency

The innovative FIRECAP system, a patented mobile hot chamber, concentrates heat only where necessary, optimizing adhesion between layers and achieving a high-definition surface even with materials that are difficult to melt. At the same time, energy consumption is significantly reduced. Its water cooling system allows working with high-temperature polymers reaching up to 500 °C, ensuring thermal stability and safety throughout the process.

Remote control and intelligent monitoring

Thanks to its Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity, the pellet 3D printer can be controlled and monitored from a computer, tablet, or smartphone. The integrated camera allows real-time observation of the print and the generation of production timelapses. In case of incidents, the system allows remote technical assistance, reducing downtime and improving productivity in industrial or educational environments.

VAC System: quick change and absolute precision

The VAC (Vacuum Active Control) system guarantees perfect adhesion of the part to the base, even at high temperatures, preventing micro-shifts during printing. Once the job is finished, the plate is automatically released for easy removal. Furthermore, it supports interchangeable printing surfaces, adaptable to the type of material used, optimizing the adhesion and quality of the final parts.

High-performance technical specifications

The print volume of Ø 600 mm x h 1000 mm allows for the precise production of large-sized parts. Its deposition rate reaches 500 g/h, with print speeds up to 200 mm/s. The layer resolution can be adjusted from 0.1 mm up to 1.5 mm, making it a versatile option for both rapid prototyping and the manufacturing of functional parts. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi, LAN, and USB, and it features an end-of-material sensor, automatic resume system, and G-code analysis with error detection.

Compatible professional software and optimized workflow

The system includes an official license for Simplify3D®, compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux, and supports STL, OBJ, and 3MF formats. It also works with Cura, Slic3r, and AiSync, offering flexibility for different workflows. It features advanced functions like the Free Zeta System, which allows restarting a print from a specific height, and the Resurrection System, which saves progress in case of power outages.

Sustainable and versatile 3D printing for modern industry

The HDP pellet 3D printer represents the future of sustainable 3D printing and large-format additive manufacturing. Ideal for research centers, education, design studios, the medical sector, and industry, it offers a unique combination of volume, precision, and energy savings. Its ability to print with recycled materials and biocomposites makes it a key tool for driving responsible and efficient production.

In the field of professional 3D printing, this technology sets a new benchmark in innovation, sustainability, and performance, opening up new possibilities in the design and manufacturing of large-scale parts.
