The Creatbot P800 redefines industrial additive manufacturing with FGF (Fused Granular Fabrication) technology based on pellets. This system enables large-part production while reducing operational costs compared to traditional filaments. With an impressive print volume of 800×800×800 mm, it is a powerful solution for sectors that require XL prototypes, advanced engineering, and end-use parts in high-performance materials.

Cost-effective production with high-efficiency pellets

By working directly with granular pellets, the Creatbot P800 lowers material cost per kilogram and increases profitability for continuous manufacturing projects. Its maximum throughput of up to 3 kg/h enables the printing of large parts in optimized timeframes while maintaining high dimensional stability. The inclusion of a pellet dryer and feeder ensures a consistent, moisture-free supply for parts with professional-grade finishes.

Robust printing with extreme industrial temperatures

Designed for high performance, the Creatbot P800 features a thermal system capable of processing high-strength technical resins. The nozzle reaches 400°C, the heated bed reaches 120°C, and the enclosed chamber maintains up to 70°C, ensuring excellent layer adhesion and preventing warping even with demanding materials. This capability makes it compatible with advanced polymers such as ABS, PC, PLA-CF, PPS, PPS-GF, PETG-GF, ASA, as well as other fiber-reinforced composites.

High precision with industrial suction table

To overcome the challenges of large-format 3D printing, the Creatbot P800 features a compressed-air suction base, designed for safe, tool-free removal of large parts. The fixed platform also reduces recalibration needs, ensuring consistent dimensional accuracy even during intensive production. Its structure is optimized for quick nozzle maintenance and material changes without stopping production.

Professional quality for industrial environments

The Creatbot P800 includes HEPA and carbon filters that maintain a clean working environment, reducing particle emissions during technical polymer processing. With a weight of 430 kg and a stable design, this large-format industrial 3D printer is ideal for XXL prototypes, industrial molds, heat-resistant functional parts, and fiber-reinforced end-use products.

Creatbot P800: large format, low cost, high performance

The Creatbot P800 is positioned as an industrial-grade machine for companies seeking cost-effective 3D printing with pellets, high extrusion speed, and engineering-grade material compatibility, unlocking new possibilities for automotive, energy, construction, aerospace, industrial design, and end-use production. Large-scale 3D printing evolves with the Creatbot P800: a solution designed for real production, stable performance, and optimized costs with professional FGF technology.

The P800 is designed for pellet-fed extrusion rather than standard filament, offering cost and volume advantages for production. In the initial setup, it is essential to check the feed system (feed pump) and vacuum pump connection as shown in the official startup video.

Bed preparation and automatic zeroing: the video demonstrates the "one-click zeroing" process to set the home position and calibrate the heated bed with adsorption. This reduces leveling errors and improves adhesion when working on large-scale prints.

Apply correct thermal and chamber conditions: due to the P800’s large build volume, ensure stable ambient temperature, avoid drafts, and use a well-regulated heated bed. This helps prevent warping on large parts.

Optimize the print profile for pellets: when using pellets instead of filament, extrusion may require higher feed rates, different retraction settings, and stricter control of the molten material flow. Starting with moderate speeds and high retraction helps avoid clogs or loss of precision.

  • Check recommended layer height: for large parts, a layer height of 0.2–0.4 mm is recommended for a balance between speed and detail.
  • Monitor material flow: ensure there are no blockages in the pellet hopper or material shortages during long prints.
  • Use compatible surfaces: employ a bed with good adhesion or a special film for large parts; if the piece does not release easily, wait for the bed to cool.
  • Maintain extrusion and feed systems: clean the pellet feeding unit periodically, empty filters, and ensure the vacuum pump functions properly to maintain consistent flow.
  • Check software and slicer profiles: use the official CreatWare software (or an adapted profile) and ensure pellet settings, melt temperature, and speed are correctly configured.

Initial setup for continuous production: when designing prints on this large-format machine, plan for pauses, material changes, and ventilation/particle extraction, as the extrusion volume and tonnage can cause thermal buildup or emissions if not managed correctly.

In summary: the P800 is a powerful industrial pellet-printing platform, but optimal performance depends on stable feeding, precise leveling, a suitable print surface, and strict thermal control. Proper initial setup determines production reliability at scale.
