With a substantial build volume of 3725 x 2500 x 1330 mm, the G40 printer is capable of handling large and complex prints with ease. Its extrusion temperature reaches up to 450 ºC, while the heated bed can go up to 200 ºC, ensuring a stable printing environment. The machine is equipped with a passive chamber that maintains a consistent temperature of 35-50 ºC, which is critical for maintaining the integrity of printed parts, especially when dealing with high-performance materials. The printer supports a wide range of pellet materials (max. 2-5 mm diameter), including PLA, PETG, ABS, PC, PA, special mixtures, ceramics, metal composites, and fiber-reinforced materials, as well as shredded plastic (max. 2-5 mm diameter).

The G40 is designed for efficiency and high-speed production, with an impressive extrusion volume of 100 kg/h and a printing speed of up to 250 mm/s. Precision is maintained with a printing accuracy of 0.018 mm and repeatability of 1000 mm, ensuring that each printed part meets exact specifications. The stable gantry system, with a tolerance of ±0.02 mm, ensures that large prints are accurate and consistently high in quality. Additionally, the printer is equipped with a high-flow extrusion screw and accepts nozzles ranging from 3 mm to 8 mm in diameter, offering flexibility in printing different part sizes and complexities.

One of the key innovations of the G40 is its fully automatic feeding, drying, and dehumidification system, which ensures optimal material quality and reliability during continuous 24x7 printing sessions. This system helps maintain a stable environment for the material, preventing moisture absorption and ensuring that the pellets remain in the best condition for extrusion. The printer also features a workbench design with six independently controlled heating zones on the print bed. This feature ensures that energy is not wasted on heating unused areas, while also improving the stability of the printed model's bottom layer by maintaining consistent temperature control.

In addition to its impressive 3D printing capabilities, the G40 also integrates a five-axis CNC machining system, offering a processing size of 3400 x 2500 x 1330 mm. This system is capable of processing materials such as plastic, carbon fiber, engineering-grade polymers, and non-ferrous materials with outstanding precision and accuracy. With a processing speed of 20 m/min and an 8.5 kW spindle power, the G40 can efficiently machine 3D printed parts directly within the same workspace. Its A-axis provides a +120° rotation, while the C-axis offers a +320° rotation, ensuring that the printer can handle complex machining tasks and produce high-quality, precisely finished parts.
