The VarseoSmile TriniQ resin is a biocompatible 3D printing material developed jointly by Formlabs and BEGO. This ceramic-filled resin is designed for temporary and permanent restorations (including single crowns, inlays, onlays, veneers), bridges, and dentures. This material stands out as the first resin approved for permanent bridges, offering exceptional precision, translucency, and an efficient workflow to produce strong and aesthetically pleasing restorations on the same day. Available in three VITA shades (A2, A3, and B1), it ensures a reliable match with the patient’s natural teeth.

For dental professionals, VarseoSmile TriniQ offers a robust and versatile material with a natural aesthetic. The resin has been validated to provide high-precision dental restorations, with 95% of the surface matching the CAD model within a margin of just 50 µm when printed with a layer thickness of 50 µm or 100 µm. Its efficient workflow and excellent polishing capability allow the creation of visually appealing devices without the need for sandblasting, ensuring an attractive finish straight out of the printer.

The VarseoSmile TriniQ resin has undergone rigorous testing and validation by Formlabs and BEGO™ to ensure high performance and reliability in all printed parts. As a Formlabs-certified material, VarseoSmile TriniQ resin offers the advantages of automatic resin dispensing, seamless integration with PreForm Dental, and full compatibility with Formlabs’ dental ecosystem, specifically the Form 4B printer, the Form 4 resin tank, and the Form 4 build platform.

It should be noted that it is the responsibility of manufacturers and their respective customers and end-users to evaluate the biocompatibility and performance of all printed components for their intended applications and uses (see the Related Posts tab).

It is also important to highlight that the properties of the final part may vary depending on the part's geometry, orientation and printing settings, temperature, disinfection methods, or sterilization technique used. For more information on the mechanical properties of VarseoSmile TriniQ resin as well as the recommended printing and post-processing practices, refer to the attached documents in the Attachments section.
