PSU (polysulphone) is a high temperature resistant plastic with high rigidity and mechanical strength. The excellent thermo-mechanical performance of PSU, combined with its chemical resistance, makes it ideal for electronic applications in contact with solvents in the medical and aerospace industries.

PSU is often used for the transport of solvents, hydrocarbons, acids and bases, as it is an insulator, making it suitable for battery cases.

Among its advantages are the following:

  • Insulating
  • Solvent resistant
  • Rigid

It is recommended to print the PSU Nanovia filament in a room equipped with air extraction or using a suitable breathing apparatus.
