Sinterit powder separator
The compact cyclone powder separator is an indispensable accessory for the Sinterit Vacuum Cleaner, the most efficient and safe powder collection and cleaning system compatible with the Lisa, Lisa Pro, Lisa X and Nils 480 3D printers by Sinterit. The powder separator is specially designed to separate reusable SLS powder for later usage.
When the Sinterit cyclone powder separator is used together with the Sinterit vacuum cleaner, powder can be recovered quickly and efficiently in around 10 minutes from the printer and deposited in a 10 l tank separately from unusable dust, thus avoiding contamination and ensuring the recovered material's highest quality. The material gathered in the separator's tank can be transferred directly to the Sinterit Powder Sieve, an automatic screening machine designed to leave the material ready for the next print.
Using the cyclone powder separator in the Sinterit SLS 3D printing workflow helps reduce the time needed for material recovery and thus decreases the necessary preparation times between prints.
