The PLA Magic Silk tricolor filament by R3D is a filament that features 3 colors on a
single spool, which results in a visually attractive color-changing effect. The color-changing effect in triple-color 3D printing filaments arises from combining three materials or pigments in a single strand. During printing, this fused filament creates transitions or distinct color changes. It results from the interaction of light and pigments, determining the perceived color by light absorption and reflection on the object's surface.
