Flex V0 pellets
Nanovia's Flex V0 pellets are a meticulously designed 3D printing material tailored for environments where flexibility and fire resistance are crucial. These pellets feature a Shore 90A/40D rating and meet the UL-94 V0 classification at a minimal thickness of 0.8 mm, ensuring compliance with rigorous safety standards. Available also in filament format, the Flex V0 material offers versatility for various applications ranging from furniture and packaging to construction and automotive and aerospace industries, as well as manufacturing, safety equipment, medical devices, and outdoor gear.
Nanovia Flex V0 excels in mechanical performance, with a tensile strength of 27 MPa. The material maintains its structural integrity under stress, achieving 7 MPa at 100% elongation and 10 MPa at 300% elongation. With an ultimate elongation at break of 524%, Flex V0 ensures flexibility without compromising on strength, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications that require durability and resilience. The superior interlayer and bed adhesion properties of Nanovia Flex V0 contribute to enhanced part quality and dimensional stability, reducing the risk of deformation.
The ideal printing temperature for Flex V0 is between 235 ºC and 245 ºC on a heated bed at 20-40 ºC. Since the Flex V0 pellets are a flexible material, it is recommended to reduce the printing speed of maximum volumetric speed should under-extrusion occur. It is crucial to store the Flex V0 pellets properly as processing of moist material may cause degradation of polymer chains, brittleness, poor layer adhesion, stringing and oozing. It is best to store the pellets in a tightly sealed bag or container with a desiccant.
Easy to print flexible pellets with a flame resistance rating of V0.
