The Rapid Fusion PE320 Pellet Extruder is an award-winning pellet extruder specifically designed for industrial-grade pellet 3D printing. To ensure optimal performance, the PE320 is equipped with seven efficient cooling fans and four powerful heating zones, delivering precise and repeatable temperature control. Accurate feedback is provided by PT100 sensors, ensuring consistent operation under varying conditions.

The extruder is powered by a robust 3 kW servo motor and features a high-torque 25:1 gearbox from Schneider Electric, generating up to 155 Nm of continuous torque. This powerful setup facilitates rapid and effective extrusion, making the PE320 suitable for demanding industrial applications.

The pellet hopper features a pellet sight glass for easy monitoring, along with a dual material sensor and replaceable HEPA filters to ensure safe operation.
