The PostPro DPX by AMT Technologies is the most compact and efficient depowdering system on the market within the PostPro range. This automated solution has been specifically developed to optimize the post-processing of 3D printed parts using Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), Multi Jet Fusion (MJF), or SAF technologies, positioning itself as an essential tool to improve the final quality of parts in industrial environments, technical laboratories, and additive manufacturing centers.

This system is ideal for use with printers such as the Sinterit Lisa X, the Sinterit Suzy, and the Raise3D RMS200, as it easily integrates into their workflows. Its use facilitates efficient powder handling and part preparation for subsequent stages such as dyeing or finishing, optimizing processes and ensuring greater consistency in results.

Thanks to its compact structure of 985 x 1135 x 1890 mm, the PostPro DPX easily adapts to small spaces. Its 10-liter internal basket (Ø450 x 210 mm), lined with soft plastic materials and equipped with mixers, allows for safe and efficient processing of up to 10 kg of parts per cycle, achieving homogeneous results in just 10 to 15 minutes, which significantly reduces production times.

The system operates through an automatic blasting process with fine abrasive media, designed to uniformly remove residual powder from freshly printed parts. The user places the parts in the basket, selects the parameters from the HMI interface, and the system starts the automated cycle. The combination of agitation and blasting allows for homogeneous contact between the parts and the abrasive medium. Additionally, for complex geometries or delicate details, the operator can use the manual blasting function with integrated gloves, which provides total control over specific areas.

The PostPro DPX uses a reusable blasting media as its main consumable, usually composed of sand or glass or ceramic microspheres, specifically formulated for finishing printed parts. This media can be reused for multiple cycles, optimizing operating costs. The system also includes a high-performance cartridge filter, with a surface area of 4 m², which acts as an essential component for powder separation, keeping the internal environment clean and extending the lifespan of the abrasive media.

The integrated ionization unit neutralizes static electricity buildup, a common problem in the post-processing of polyamide parts and other plastic materials. This not only improves the cleanliness of the final product but also avoids the need for additional cleaning steps. Together with its powerful filtering system, the result is a clean, safe, and highly efficient process.

With ATEX Class II 3/-D T125°C certification, the PostPro DPX is prepared to operate in environments where combustible dust is present, complying with the highest industrial safety standards. It operates with a single-phase 230V power supply, a reduced energy consumption of 0.85 kW, and requires a compressed air input of 700 l/min at 4 bar, compatible with standard compressors used in most industrial facilities.
