The UNPIT, like other AM Efficiency machines, sets a new standard in post-processing. Its use is simple, so it eliminates the need for manual intervention and minimizes labor effort. Another advantage of this equipment is that it makes downtime disappear.

To start the process, you only need to place the parts in their block or "cake" state inside the UNPIT, select the desired program, and let the machine take care of the rest. Depending on the program and the geometry of the parts, the parts may be ready for immediate use or prepared for additional finishing.

UNPIT technical specifications

The UNPIT is designed to process entry-level SLS parts with a maximum height of 400 mm. Its compact design has a size of 1060 x 800 x 1230 mm and a weight of 220 kg, which allows it to be easily integrated into industrial environments.

It operates with a 230V, 16A connection and requires an air pressure of between 4 to 8 Bar, with a consumption of 250 liters per minute. For its operation, an industrial vacuum cleaner is necessary. The noise level is 70 dB, which makes it suitable for work environments.
