Revo is an ecosystem created by the manufacturer E3D, renowned for its high quality components for FDM 3D printing. The manufacturer has created revolutionary Rapid Change Revo hotends that allow users to change nozzles quickly and easily without the need for additional tools.

The Revo High Flow hot side belongs in the Revo ecosystem of hotends together with Revo Micro, Revo Six, Revo Hemera or the Revo Voron. The key feature of the Revo High Flow hot side is that its installation increases the setup's volumetric flow and thus allows for printing faster, at temperatures of up to 300 ºC. In comparison with standard Revo, Revo High Flow can achieve an up to 70 % higher flow rate.

Unlike other high flow hotends from E3D (Volcano or SuperVolcano), Revo High Flow has the same format and length as the standard Revo hotends. This means that Revo High Flow fits seamlessly into the existing setup and there's no need for adjustments. Instead of changing the external shape of the hot side, E3D modified the internal geometry of the Revo High Flow hot side to increase the surface area and thus boost thermal transfer to the filament. Inside, the High Flow hot side has a brass spreader, a stainless steel tube, a brass carrier, and a high-flow insert.

The Revo High Flow kit comes with a 60 W HeaterCore (24 V). This component adds extra power for high flow and high temperature extrusion, for example with materials such as PC. In comparison with other high flow hotends on the market, the Revo High Flow hot side can achieve truly impressive flow rates, even with materials that were not designed for high-flow printing. The Revo High Flow kit comes in two options: a single nozzle kit (0.6 mm nozzle) or a fully loaded kit with a 0.6 mm, 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm and 1.2 mm nozzle (each with a silicone sock). Furthermore, the Revo High Flow kit can be used with the Revo brass nozzles and Revo ObXidian nozzles is diameters ranging from as small as 0.15 mm all the way to 1.4 mm. The nozzle diameters are easily identifiable thanks to the color-coded silicone socks. Apart from that, each High Flow nozzle has the letters "HF" engraved on its side with the corresponding nozzle diameter.
