The Revo High Flow nozzles from the E3D Revo ecosystem come in diameters of 0.4 mm, 0.6 mm, 0.8 mm, 1.00 mm, 1.20 mm, and 1.40 mm.  They are compatible with 1.75 mm filament, 24 V components, and can reach extrusion temperatures of up to 300 ºC.

What makes the Revo High Flow nozzles different from the standard Revo nozzles is their capability to increase the volumetric flow rate and thus enable faster 3D printing together with the Revo High Flow hotside. Furthermore, Revo High Flow offers additional nozzle diameters (1.00 mm, 1.20 mm, and 1.40 mm), allowing for more versatile printing

The Revo High Flow nozzles have the exact same format and length as the standard Revo nozzles but a different internal geometry. Thanks to this modificiation, the Revo High Flow nozzles have an increased surface area and thus boosted thermal transfer to the filament. Inside, the High Flow nozzles have a brass spreader, a stainless steel tube, a brass carrier, and a high-flow insert.

What's more, each High Flow nozzle comes with the heatbreak already mounted. This eliminates the risk of incorrect assembly, accidental burns, and hotend leaks. Thanks to the innovative design of the Revo High Flow nozzle, the user does not have to modify the existing extrusion setup in any way to start using the Revo High Flow nozzles.

The nozzle diameters are easily identifiable thanks to the color-coded silicone socks. Apart from that, each High Flow nozzle has the letters "HF" engraved on its side with the corresponding nozzle diameter. The Revo High Flow nozzles are compatible with the following hotends: Revo Micro, Revo Six, Revo Voron, Revo CR, Revo Hemera XS, Revo Prusa MK3, Revo Prusa Mini, Revo MicroSwiss NG, and Revo Biqu H2 V2.
