Hotend Revo Six

The Revo ecosystem from E3D, a renowned manufacturer of high-quality components for FDM 3D printers, has revolutionised the market with several Rapid Change hotends that allow users to change nozzles quickly and easily at room temperature, without the need for additional tools.

Replacement for V6 hotends

The Revo Six hotend is part of the Revo ecosystem. This hotend has been developed by E3D for users of E3D V6 hotends who wish to upgrade their 3D printers to use the innovative Revo system.

The Revo Six hotend has the same height, the same diameter and the same slot holder as the V6 hotend. Thus, the V6 hotend can be directly replaced by a Revo Six hotend without any modification. The user only has to fit the new hotend and connect the Revo HeaterCore.

Revo Ecosystem

The Hotend Revo Six is compatible with the products of the E3D Revo ecosystem. It uses Revo nozzles with Rapid Change system, so the user can change the nozzle with his own hands at room temperature, without the need for additional tools.

The Revo ecosystem has several nozzles with different output diameters. Thus, the user has different options that can be used according to the type of application being carried out. 

Improved performance

The Revo Six hotend offers improved performance over other hotends on the market, reaching the desired temperature much faster and offering a much higher degree of safety, reducing the danger of thermal runaway. This is due to the design of the Revo Heater Core, which also features a silicone sleeve to keep it clean and insulated at all times.
