BuildTak Flex Plate

With the evolution of the 3D printing sector and the possibility of producing final pieces it is essential to be able to remove the pieces from the base quickly and start a new manufacturing without delay. For this reason this American manufacturer developed the BuildTak FlexPlate system. This system consists of three specific components to eliminate the inconvenience of removing parts in the prints. On the one hand, there is the magnetic mounting base that adheres to the base of the 3D printer, on the other hand, FlexPlate on which the BuildTak sheet adheres, and that as a whole it is flexible which allows it to be folded to take off the printed pieces.
