With this E3D high temperature heater block it is possible to reach extrusion temperatures of up to 500 ºC with the Revo system. In order to unlock these temperatures, the user must also use the PT100 or PT1000 temperatures sensors. With this setup it is possible to 3D print with advanced materials such as PEEK, PEKK, PEI or PPSU on a regular basis without the risk of a shorter lifespan caused by high temperatures.

This HT heater block is made of copper and nickel-plated and it comes with all the necessary fixings: M3 grub screws and M2 socket head screws. This HT heater block can also be purchased as part of the Revo HT hotside kit that also includes the HT heater cartridge, the HTX-Abrasive nozzles, and a temperature sensor. This hotside kit can be personalized to best suit the user's printing needs.
