This 65 W 24 V heater cartridge from E3D is specially designed for 3D printing at temperatures of up to 500 ºC. This allows the use of advanced materials such as PEEK, PEKK, PEI, PPSU, etc. The heater cartridge offers reliability and longevity, even with prolonged printing at such high temperatures.

It must be kept in mind that using a standard aluminum hot block with this heater cartridge may result is the hot block softening due to the high temperatures. This is why this E3D HT heater cartridge should be paired with the Revo High Temperature copper alloy hot block. Furthermore, pairing this HT heater cartridge with the Revo HTX-Abrasive nozzles and the PT100/PT1000 temperature sensors will upgrade the printer's extrusion system to a supreme performance high temperature extrusion system.

This HT heater cartridge can also be purchased as part of the Revo HT hotside kit that includes all the abovementioned elements and can be personalized to best suit the user's printing needs.
