This Micro Swiss direct drive NG REVO extruder is the result of a collaboration between Micro Swiss and E3D, designed to provide the users of Creality 3D printers with an efficient and reliable extruder. This Micro Swiss direct drive NG REVO extruder features the famous E3D Revo Rapid change hotend, and is available in two versions:

The Micro Swiss direct drive NG Revo extruder features a lightweight LDO stepper motor. The grip of the filament can be adjusted with a handy knob. The highly precise dual gear drive with a 3:1 ratio is made of quality hardened steel and the whole extruder has a lightweight aluminum construction.

The star of the assembly is the E3D Rapid Change REVO hotend that offers fast and easy nozzle changes without any tools or waiting for cooldown. The REVO hotend featured in this assembly heats up fast and efficiently, and has a special safety measure against thermal runaways in the Creality 3D printers.

This extruder solution is a drop-in extruder replacement for the CR-10, Ender 3, and Ender 5 printers by Creality and it integrates seamlessly, making it possible to combine the best that the NG extruder and the Rapid Change REVO technology have to offer. The benefits of replacing the original Creality extruder with the Micro Swiss NG REVO extruder are reduced extruder weight, a shorter filament path (thanks to the Bevel Gear system), increased precision and a more compact design.

Installing the Micro Swiss NG REVO assembly on your Creality printer takes no more than 30 minutes and all the necessary components and accessories are included in the package. The heater cartridge and thermistore can be connected easily thanks to the solderless and crimpless butt splice connectors.
