Xioneer VXL 150 has been formulated to dissolve in alkaline solutions, eliminating common drawbacks associated with water-soluble support materials. Unlike PVA or BVOH, which tend to absorb moisture, thermally degrade, and cause clogs during printing, this filament maintains a stable structure even after several days without airtight storage, ensuring consistent and uninterrupted performance. Moreover, its superior adhesion to both the print bed and printed models ensures accurate results from the first layer.

Compatible with PA, PET, PC, PC+ABS, PPS, PEEK, PAEK, PEKK, and PEI, this support filament has been developed to work in 3D printers with an actively heated chamber, offering an effective solution for geometries with overhangs, bridges, or hard-to-reach internal cavities. Its easy dissolution in high-temperature water (minimum 85 °C) simplifies the finishing process without compromising the integrity of the main model.

The Xioneer VXL 150 support filament enables clog-free printing, foam-free performance, and outstanding dimensional accuracy. Thanks to its low sensitivity to humidity, it is easier to store in demanding production environments, with no need for constant drying systems. For optimal results with Xioneer VXL 150 filament, it is recommended to use a 3D printer with an active heated chamber, keep the extruder temperature between 270 °C and 295 °C, and heat the bed between 110 °C and 150 °C.

Although the material is less sensitive to moisture than other soluble supports, it is advisable to store it in a dry, closed environment to preserve its performance. To ease removal, immerse the printed part in an alkaline solution at a minimum temperature of 85 °C to accelerate support dissolution without affecting the main model.
