The beginnings of Xioneer

Xioneer came to be as a result of a merger of two companies. It all began in 2008 in the German region of Bavaria with BellandTechnology AG, a company specialized in the development, production, and marketing of environmentally friendly and ecologically safe soluble polymers for 3D printing, known under the name VXL. In 2012 Xioneer Systems GmbH was founded in Vienna, Austria, a company that designed and manufactured innovative desktop and industrial 3D printers, receiving awards for pioneering innovations in 3D printing. In 2020 BellandTechnology AG and Xioneer Systems GmbH joined their chemical know-how, hardware engineering skills and developed products to form Xioneer - the brand we know today. Xioneer are two teams of skilled additive manufacturing experts united by one vision, with the focus on developing and manufacturing 3D printing materials and peripherals - competitive, affordable, and easy to use for everyone.

Everything for 3D printing with supports

Xioneer offers a very comprehensive catalog of everything needed for FFF 3D printing with supports. Their catalog includes the VXL family of soluble support filaments for various polymers, water-soluble PVA and BVOH filaments, dissolving powder, a starter kit for removing supports and a support removal station. Apart from those solutions, Xioneer also offers devices such as a filament cabinet to keep the materials dry at all times or a compact dyeing station compatible with many 3D printing technologies (FDM, SLA, SLS, MJF, SAF). This wide array of 3D printing and post-processing solutions gives the user a toolset for not only manufacturing complex parts with the help of support structures but also to remove the supports in a professional way and further process the part by dyeing it.
