Zortrax is a Polish company founded in 2013 and focused on the development of professional 3D printing systems. Its main strength is the excellent optimisation and integration between its 3D printers, materials and software. This greatly simplifies the entire printing process, minimising set-up times and reducing the likelihood of failure to a minimum, making them ideal systems for professional environments.

Zortrax offers a wide range of technical materials perfectly optimised for best results in conjunction with its LPD printers, including ABS, ASA, PCABS, Nylon, HIPS and others.

Z-SUPPORT is the family of soluble support materials compatible with Zortrax materials. It is composed of two materials:

Z-SUPPORT Premium

Z-SUPPORT Premium is a water soluble support filament. It is a butanediol vinyl alcohol copolymer (BVOH) based material that provides fast dissolution, superior to that provided by PVA.

Z-SUPPORT Premium can work in a wide temperature range, which gives it high compatibility, being compatible with Z-GLASS, Z-PETG, Z-PLA, Z-PLA Pro and Z-ULTRAT Plus.

Z-SUPPORT ATP

Z-SUPPORT ATP is a support filament designed to provide good stability at high temperatures. Unlike Z-SUPPORT Premium, it is not directly soluble in water, but it is necessary to dissolve ATP Activator in water beforehand to create a slightly basic solution.

Z-SUPPORT ATP is an efficient alternative to HIPS as a support material. As it does not require organic solvents, waste generation is much lower and treatment is simpler.

It also has a high compatibility. Can be used with Z-ABS, Z-ASA Pro, Z-ESD, Z-ULTRAT and Z-ULTRAT Plus.

Z-SUPPORT filaments allow complex shapes to be made with virtually any Zortrax filament.
