This innovative powder or blasting media has been specifically developed for 3D printed parts in gray and dark tones. Its composition incorporates an AMdark pigment, designed to remove surface residues while providing a uniform and aesthetically appealing finish. Thanks to its peel shot effect, the pigment adheres in a controlled manner to the surface, achieving a homogeneous grayish tone without altering the details of the part.

Unlike traditional coloring and cleaning processes, this method is completely dry and sustainable, eliminating the use of aggressive chemicals and avoiding the generation of contaminated wastewater. In addition, its formulation allows for efficient use for 5 to 10 cycles before degrading, optimizing costs and reducing material waste.

While the application of AM Efficiency cleaning and coloring powder may generate a slightly dusty environment due to its fine particle composition, its formula has been designed to be safe and environmentally friendly, ensuring a clean and efficient work environment.

This cleaning powder is applied in a second phase, after using the cleaning powder, and before using the polishing powder or media.
