The HALOT-X1 redefines resin 3D printing with its 10.1-inch monochrome LCD screen and 16K resolution (15,120 × 6,230 pixels), offering exceptional precision to capture the finest details in every model.

Calibrations, which can be tedious and complicated, are no longer a problem with this resin 3D printer. The HALOT-X1 16K features a level-free system that, thanks to its fixed printing plate, allows printing to start immediately and ensures a perfect first layer every time. This feature saves valuable time and drastically reduces the chance of errors, allowing users to focus on what really matters: bringing their ideas to life.

The HALOT-X1 allows automatic leveling that guarantees exceptional first-layer adhesion.

Efficiency and sustainability come together in the innovative AFU intelligent feeding and material recycling system of the Piocreat HALOT-X1 16K. This advanced system manages resin supply, prevents spills, and optimizes consumption. Additionally, it facilitates recycling of unused material, contributing to a cleaner and more economical printing process. This feature is ideal for demanding work environments and for users who are conscious of environmental impact.

The dynamic laser detection system constantly monitors the resin level during the printing process. When a low level is detected, it automatically activates liquid refilling, stopping when the optimal level is reached. After printing, the device automatically collects and recycles the unused resin.

To ensure consistent and high-quality results, even under varying environmental conditions, the HALOT-X1 16K includes a rapid material heating function that allows the resin to reach 40ºC in three minutes. This system preheats the resin to the optimal temperature before printing, improving material flow and layer adhesion. The result is stronger prints, smoother surfaces, and a significant reduction in print failures.

Material management has never been easier thanks to RFID material identification (Radio Frequency Identification). This intelligent technology automatically recognizes the type of resin loaded, optimally adjusting printing parameters. This eliminates the need for complex manual configurations and ensures perfect results with each compatible material, optimizing workflow and minimizing errors.

The Piocreat HALOT-X1 printer offers an innovative system that requires no leveling.

The Piocreat HALOT-X1 16K incorporates a zone detection technology with 92 sensors that activates the light only where needed. This system ensures optimal pressure during printing, resulting in higher part quality, extended LCD screen lifespan, and lower maintenance costs.

The peace of mind of knowing that the printing process runs smoothly is invaluable. That’s why the HALOT-X1 features print failure detection that continuously monitors the printing process for potential errors. If any anomaly is detected, printing automatically stops, preventing material waste and allowing necessary adjustments before resuming.

In summary, the Piocreat HALOT-X1 16K is not just a resin 3D printer; it is a comprehensive solution designed to deliver exceptional precision, ease of use, and efficiency in every project. It is available in both its standard version and the HALOT-X1 Combo, which incorporates the AFU system and the automatic material identification module, expanding its capabilities and further simplifying the workflow.

Its combination of advanced technologies, such as the high precision of 14*19 μm, the intelligent feeding and recycling system, the resin heating, RFID material identification, level-free printing, and failure detection, makes it the ideal choice for professionals, designers, engineers, and anyone seeking to bring their digital ideas into physical reality with unsurpassed quality.

Installation and Start‑Up

  • Ensure the printer is placed on a stable surface, free from vibrations, with enough space around for access to the tank and ventilation.
  • Check that all components are properly tightened after removing it from the box.
  • Update the firmware and slicing software before the first print.
  • Familiarize yourself with the fixed build plate system to ensure it is properly seated.

Resin and Machine Preparation Before Printing

  • Use a compatible resin and ensure it is well mixed, free from sediment, bubbles, or lumps.
  • If the printer includes a resin heating system, use this feature to improve flow in cold environments.
  • Check that the tank is clean and that the FEP film (or equivalent) is in good condition, without wrinkles or opacities.
  • Properly configure the slicing software: model positioning, adequate supports, exposure times, and optimized parameters for the resin used.

During Printing

  • Monitor the first few minutes of printing to ensure the first layer adheres correctly to the build plate.
  • Watch for excessive curing in the tank that could affect the film or layer adhesion.
  • For long prints, verify that the remaining resin level is sufficient to complete the print.
  • Do not open the lid during printing unless necessary, to avoid light exposure interference and ensure safety.

Post‑Processing and Cleaning

  • Once the piece is printed, thoroughly clean the build plate and model, removing uncured liquid resin.
  • Empty or filter the remaining resin from the tank if the system allows, and clean the FEP film if dirty.
  • If the system has resin tubes or conduits, ensure there are no blockages and that tubes are properly connected without air bubbles.
  • Store leftover resin in its original container, tightly closed, in a cool, dark place.

Precautions and Preventive Maintenance

  • Even if the system says “no leveling,” it is recommended to occasionally check that the build plate is firm and free of play.
  • The FEP film or equivalent of the tank is a key consumable: over time it may deteriorate (scratches, opacities, partial curing) and must be replaced to maintain quality.
  • The automatic resin feeding system with heating and tubing requires additional cleaning: if you change resin frequently, thoroughly clean the system to prevent cross-contamination or curing failures.
  • Operate the printer in a well-ventilated area: vapors from uncured resin can be irritating or harmful.
  • Keep software data in good condition, maintain firmware updates, and if sending jobs via network, ensure the connection is stable and secure.
  • If you notice issues such as poor adhesion, lost detail, resin impurities, or dead zones, first check the tank film, build plate, and exposure system.
