Double-Pull Design

The Double Geared Filament Driver X is designed with a double pull system, meaning the filament is subjected to a pulling force from two opposite sides. This approach doubles the overall force applied, allowing more powerful extrusion.

Double Hardened Steel Ferrule

One key feature of this component is the presence of two hardened steel ferrules. The use of hardened steel provides higher resistance to wear and abrasion, allowing the driver to be used with a wide range of materials, including stiff and abrasive ones.

Increased Extrusion Force

Thanks to the dual pull system and hardened steel ferrules, this filament driver can triple the extrusion force compared to conventional drivers. This allows harder and stronger materials to be extruded with less effort and higher efficiency.
