GreenyHT from Spectrum redefines the 3D printing experience by combining ease of use, superior thermal resistance, and a professional aesthetic finish. This high-performance PLA filament is designed to push the limits of conventional filaments, withstanding temperatures up to 90 °C, allowing the creation of functional parts and industrial prototypes with total confidence.

Unmatched thermal performance and mechanical strength

Unlike traditional PLA, GreenyHT offers high stiffness and hardness, maintaining precision in every print without the need for plasticizers. Its advanced thermal resistance and Vicat softening point of up to 98 °C ensure that printed models do not deform, even in demanding applications. This makes GreenyHT the ideal choice for functional prototypes, industrial modeling, and 3D engineering projects that require durability and reliability.

Professional finish and superior aesthetics

The GreenyHT filament stands out for its matte finish and rough surface, which effectively hides layer lines and enhances the visual appearance of each model. This feature is perfect for industrial design, 3D art, and display prototypes, producing pieces with a professional and attractive look from the very first print.

Sustainability and food safety

GreenyHT combines technology and environmental responsibility. It is 100% biodegradable and compostable, compliant with EN 13432 standards, and made from GMO-free materials. Additionally, it meets food contact standards, expanding its safe applications for prototypes and functional parts.

Consistent quality and guaranteed reliability

Each spool of GreenyHT is manufactured under strict control of diameter, ovality, and consistency, ensuring reliable results in desktop 3D printers, even without a heated chamber. This filament is the ultimate choice for those seeking performance, aesthetics, and sustainability in their 3D printing projects.

Why choose Spectrum’s GreenyHT PLA

GreenyHT is ideal for creating functional prototypes, industrial design, artistic modeling, and 3D display prototypes, always offering a professional finish, maximum thermal resistance, and absolute reliability in every print.

Printing Tips for GreenyHT

To get the most out of the GreenyHT PLA filament and achieve high-quality 3D prints, it is recommended to follow these guidelines:

  • Extruder temperature: Set the nozzle between 190 °C and 220 °C depending on the model and printer.
  • Bed temperature: Keep the heated bed between 60 °C and 80 °C to improve initial adhesion.
  • Printing speed: Speeds between 30 and 100 mm/s can be used, adjusting according to the model’s complexity and desired detail.
  • Wall thickness: Configure a shell thickness between 0.40 and 2.70 mm to ensure strength and precision.
  • Layer height: Printing with layers between 0.05 and 0.30 mm is recommended for a smooth, high-quality finish.
  • Cooling: The filament can be printed with up to 100% cooling, improving surface finish and detail in complex parts.
  • Closed chamber: Not required, though it may help in drafty environments or for larger parts.
  • Drying and storage: No special drying box needed, but store in a dry place to maintain optimal performance.
  • Special nozzles: Ruby or hardened nozzles are not required; any standard nozzle works perfectly.
  • Bed adhesion: Usually no additional adhesive is needed, though products such as Dimafix, 3DLac or Magigoo can be used to improve adhesion or prevent warping on large parts.
