Raise3D DF Cure

The Raise3D DF Cure machine is a post-curing device designed as part of the Raise3D DF2 resin 3D printing solution. Compatible only with the DF2 resin 3D printer, the DF Cure machine provides an intelligent and integrated curing solution for parts 3D printed with resin. Before curing, the parts must be washed in the DF Wash device.

Thanks to the RFID tag system, DF Cure is capable of applying the adequate curing settings for each material. DF Cure stands out due to its multiple, traceable and customizable UV curing and heating profiles.

DF Cure performs thorough post-curing of the cleaned parts with the help of a powerful LED light source with mixed wavelengths (365 / 385 / 405 nm) and air heating of max. 120 ºC. The maximum curing size is φ 230 x 300 mm. DF Cure comes with heat resistant gloves and a tray for a safer and more convenient post-processing experience.

RaiseShield warranty extension

The DF Cure post-curing station comes with a Standard Limited Warranty that provides coverage for 12 months starting from the invoice date. For extended coverage, Raise3D offers the option to purchase the RaiseShield warranty extension available in increments of either one or two additional years.

Raise Shield can be purchased at the time of purchase of the DF Cure device (it will not be available for purchase later). To activate your Raise Shield warranty, you simply have to go to the official Raise3D website within 30 days of purchasing DF Cure, indicating the purchase invoice and your serial number.
