  • Raise 3D

Raise3D printers have a dual extrusion system with retractable heads that makes it possible to manufacture pieces of greater geometric complexity without the problems presented by conventional systems of double solidarity extruder. In addition, they are compatible with the vast majority of existing materials.

    Raise3D: Innovation and flexible manufacturing

Since its inception, Raise3D has opted to offer high quality 3D printers, with innovative components and operating systems, always maintaining an adequate sales price for most professional users. Thanks to all this, Raise3D has managed to be a leading manufacturer of 3D FDM printers and has won several awards worldwide.

    Raise3D Pro2 Series

Its Pro2 and Pro2 Plus 3D printers feature a dual extrusion system with retractable heads that prevent conventional dual extrusion errors by raising 1.5 mm, in less than 1 second, the head that is not in operation. This drive is fully calibrated (deviations less than 5 microns) and tested, ensuring high repetitiveness of the movement to print mechanically complex parts without errors, with infinity of filaments and in short manufacturing times.

Another aspect that stands out of these 3D printers is their large print volume: Pro2 (305 x 305 x 300 mm) and Pro2 Plus (305 x 305 x 605 mm). This coupled with a robust chassis, quality mechanical components and being fully closed, allows complex large volume parts without complications.

    Compatible materials

With the Pro2 and Pro Plus 3D printers from Raise3D you can print a multitude of materials.

Thanks to the direct extrusion system, the HotEnd that reaches 300°C, the variety of nozzle sizes, the BuidTak sheet printing base and being a fully closed 3D printer, any user can print conventional materials (PLA and ABS), special (ASAspecial PLA and special ABS), nylon and copolyester, support materialfilaments with carbon and glass fibers or flexible materials (FilaFlex and Flexfill).
