The Raise3D DF Wash machine is a washing device designed as part of the Raise3D DF2 resin 3D printing solution. Compatible only with the DF2 resin 3D printer, the DF Wash machine provides an intelligent and integrated washing solution for parts 3D printed with resin. Once cleaned, the parts should be post-cured in the DF Cure machine.

Thanks to the RFID tag system, DF Wash is capable of applying the adequate washing settings for each material. DF Wash stands out due to its with efficient liquid management, automatic cleaning and draining, and very easy maintenance.

DF Wash performs thorough cleaning with the help of two turbines, a hand wash simulation and a dual fan air drying system. The device has a 14 litre tank, a maximum wash volume of 200 x 112 x 300 mm and is compatible with solvents such as IPA alcohol, water or TPM solvent. DF Wash comes with an electric siphon pump, a washing basket, a waste disposal system and a hydrometer.

To ensure user safety and proper functioning, the manufacturer provides several guidelines:

  2. Disconnect power during maintenance: Before cleaning or replacing the alcohol (or cleaning fluid), always disconnect the power source. This precaution is crucial to prevent electrical accidents.
  3. Responsible liquid handling: Avoid pouring resins or any liquids other than alcohol (or cleaning fluid) into the machine's cleaning bucket. This helps maintain the equipment's integrity and functionality.
  4. Minimize skin contact: To prevent potential allergies and skin irritations, avoid direct contact with the machine's components and operation materials. Proper use of gloves and clothing is vital.
  5. Operate in suitable conditions: Use the machine in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment to ensure optimal performance and minimize the risk of inhaling fumes. Avoid prolonged exposure to fumes and contact with eyes, skin, and clothing.
  6. Do not remove prints during operation: Refrain from removing prints from the machine's bucket while it is in operation. Wait for the machine to stop completely before retrieving printed items.
  7. Fire and explosion prevention: Be aware that the product may contain a significant amount of alcohol or IPA solvent. To prevent potential fires and explosions, keep it away from high temperatures, open flames, heat sources, or sparks. Exercise extreme caution when handling these substances.
