Equipped with the advanced CEAD S25 pellet extruder, the Flexcube allows working with a wide range of industrial materials commonly used in the design, engineering, and manufacturing sectors, ensuring versatile, precise, and sustainable production. The extruder can tilt up to 45 degrees, which enables 3+1 axis printing, overcoming the limitations of traditional Cartesian systems and enabling the production of complex geometries.

This capability is enhanced by a specialized slicing software developed by Adaxis, optimized for managing intricate designs. The entire system is controlled by the powerful CNC platform Siemens Sinumerik ONE, which delivers intuitive operation, maximum layer precision, and reliability in demanding industrial environments.

The Flexcube is designed as an all-in-one solution, optimizing each step, from file preparation to post-processing. Its ability to perform milling directly on the same printing platform allows parts to be finished without removal, reducing handling time, increasing consistency of the final finish, and simplifying the entire production cycle. The integration of milling capabilities makes it possible to add logos, smooth surface finishes, and fine details directly onto the printed part. Thanks to the automatic tool changer, it is possible to store up to 10 different tools and switch between them without interrupting the process, improving workflow.

Additionally, the Scan2Mill system can be integrated, which generates a 1:1 digital twin of the printed part, optimizing milling operations with greater precision and reducing errors. It is also possible to activate a datalogger, which enables real-time condition monitoring and customized analytics for data-driven decision-making.
