500W laser and optimized cost per part

The MPRINTpro integrates a powerful 500W fiber laser capable of producing metal components at high speed with outstanding density and dimensional precision. Beam quality is focused into an 80 µm spot diameter, enabling fine detail and highly functional geometries with exact tolerances. The process supports layer heights ranging from 20 µm to 120 µm, allowing users to choose between ultra-high accuracy or faster build rates based on production needs. Its permanent filtration system, developed in collaboration with Herding Filtertechnik, ensures continuous long-term operation without intervention, drastically reducing cost per part and boosting profitability in series production, high repeatability, and specialized materials.

MPUREpro: high-efficiency unpacking and sieving

The MPUREpro unpacking and sieving station delivers a fast and safe workflow through vacuum powder transport to its automatic sieving module. This integration streamlines the handling of large volumes of metal powder, increases productivity, and includes storage for six cartridges plus integrated tool support, enhancing operator ergonomics and accelerating manufacturing cycles. The entire system works under a controlled inert gas environment, allowing nitrogen or argon to ensure stable metallurgical quality free from oxidation during the melting process.

Safe and cost-effective powder management for metal production

The PROline ecosystem uses sealed cartridges to handle metal powder safely, without environmental exposure. During the printing stage, excess powder is collected in overflow cartridges. In the unpacking stage, unused material is vacuum-transferred to the sieving station. Finally, ultrasonic sieving recovers powder with suitable properties for industrial reuse, reducing waste and maximizing cost efficiency in continuous production. Intelligent powder management is complemented by increased feed capacity thanks to five supply cartridges, ensuring extended and optimized production cycles.

Industrial scalability and compatibility with existing systems

The MPRINTpro ecosystem is compatible with BASEline systems, allowing upgrades to a 500W laser without replacing existing unpacking or sieving stations. Additionally, the integration of the Extended Module enables the production of metal parts up to 250 mm in height, expanding industrial applications in advanced engineering, tooling, automotive, aerospace, and functional manufacturing. The machine offers a build volume of 150 × 150 × 150 mm, becoming a flexible platform that balances extreme precision with series production performance.
