This hotend and heatsink set from MahorXYZ is an official replacement component for the Mahor V4 pellet extruder. The role of a hotend and heatsink in a pellet extruder is to dissipate the heat generated in the heat block, allowing the material to reach the outer part without melting.

The hotend and heatsink set for the Mahor pellet extruder features a robust design optimized for high-performance pellet 3D printing. The brass barrel ensures excellent thermal conductivity, while the horizontal heater block evenly distributes heat for consistent extrusion. This hotend comes integrated with a thermal heatsink that includes a thermistor housing. Temperature control is precise, preventing overheating during long print sessions. The package also includes a 0.8 mm nozzle, a stainless steel clamp for improved structural stability, and two M12x1 nuts.
