New life for plastic waste

The brand was born out of the desire to preserve the environment and give industrial manufacturing sustainable plastic processing solutions. The result of these endeavors is the Mahor V4 pellet extruder - a tool that allows to convert plastic waste or pellets into directly printable extruded plastic, thus closing the lifecycle of the plastic used.

The V4 pellet extruder

The Mahor V4 pellet extruder is a simple and compact mechanical system that can melt shredded plastic or plastic pellets (a wide range of compatible materials) and extrude directly onto a printing surface. The V4 extruder is fully compatible with any 3d printer and contributes to enormous savings in terms of time and material cost. It also allows the users to make custom filament by adding colorants or additives.

Enabling R&D

The solutions designed and manufactured by Mahor XYZ allow R&D teams, universities and individual users to experiment with plastic extrusion in a simple and quick workflow, at an affordable price, and with the possibility to test the created material immediately. Mahor XYZ is not only contributing to promoting responsible additive manufacturing practices, but also to the development of plastic science.
