For optimal printing with Balena.Filaflex, recommended settings include a printing temperature of 195-205ºC, a speed of 20 mm/s, and a bed temperature of 70-80 ºC. Recreus recommends using the layer fan at 100 % to obtain optimal quality.

It is advised to refer to the product's technical datasheet for more detailed guidance. General tips on printing with Filaflex filaments as well as printing parameters are available on the manufacturer's website.

Optimal removal of the printed parts is achieved with a bed temperature of approx. 60°C. The printing parameters have been set on a PRUSA i3 MKS with direct extrusion, PEI surface, 0.8 mm nozzle and 0.2 mm layer height.

To prevent moisture absorption, store Balena.Filaflex in a dry, sealed plastic bag with a filament drying capsule or in an airtight container. Inline filament dryers are recommended during printing, and if needed.
