The BEDROCK 3D filament line for FFF 3D printing not only includes metal filaments, but also standard, engineering, flexible, reinforced, high-temperature, and support filaments. Among the engineering-grade materials is BEDROCK 3D ABS Fusion+, an optimized engineering filament for smooth and reliable 3D prints, ideal for applications where parts must perform under stress.

BEDROCK 3D ABS Fusion+ is specially optimized for 3D printing. In addition to all ABS properties, this filament has been modified for better printability and reduced warping. It can be printed directly on glass or standard surfaces without adhesive products such as sprays, glues, or tapes. This ensures higher print success, better finish, uniform mechanical properties, less material waste, and a more efficient 3D printing experience.

Besides excellent printability, BEDROCK 3D ABS Fusion+ maintains all the valuable properties of ABS. ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene) is the second most used 3D printing material and preferred in professional applications due to its machinability, impact resistance, thermal and chemical stability, as well as compatibility with water-soluble supports, allowing complex geometries to be printed with support and removed cleanly.

BEDROCK 3D ABS Fusion+ is a fusion of all the best ABS characteristics with optimizations for easier 3D printing. Improved adhesion without additional products and low warping make it an extremely efficient, strong, and reliable engineering material.

High-Speed Printing

BEDROCK 3D ABS Fusion+ is compatible with high print speeds. For complex structures with this material and a support material, Xioneer VXL 90 soluble support or VXL 111 soluble support are recommended. These supports can also be extruded at high speeds, ensuring smooth and efficient 3D printing. The water solubility of VXL 90/111 allows fast and precise post-processing.

ABS Fusion+ – Technical Information

Optimized and reliable. Professional use. Compatible with water-soluble BVOH support.
BEDROCK 3D ABS Fusion+ is an engineering-grade filament optimized for smooth and reliable printing, significantly reducing warping. Designed for automotive applications and stress-bearing parts. Combines ABS strength with excellent printability, ideal for demanding professional projects.

  • Reliable performance: Optimized ABS formulation for smooth printing and high dimensional accuracy
  • Strong adhesion: Prints directly on heated glass or standard surfaces
  • Heat resistant: Handles elevated temperatures
  • Support-friendly: Compatible with water-soluble supports for easy post-processing

Why Choose ABS Fusion+

Traditional ABS can be tricky, but BEDROCK 3D ABS Fusion+ improves dimensional stability and flow, delivering professional-quality results without frustration. Optimized adhesion reduces warping, lowers failure rate, and increases productivity, especially for large parts. Ideal for jigs, fixtures, and automotive parts, offering engineering performance without usual printing issues.

The filament is available in large spools, allowing high-volume prints or saving time on filament reloads.

Additionally, BEDROCK 3D ABS Fusion+ is compatible with our water-soluble BVOH support, eliminating chemicals: simply dissolve the support in water after printing.

Although ABS Fusion+ Bedrock filament does not require any adhesive, a small amount of adhesive spray such as 3DLac or DimaFix can be used to protect the glass print bed.

The recommended support material for ABS Fusion+ Bedrock is BVOH BVOH or HIPS. For soluble HIPS support, large support structures must be removed manually, then the part should be placed in a solvent bath to remove remaining supports. This reduces solvent use and makes support removal more affordable.

ABS Fusion+ Bedrock must be stored properly to minimize moisture absorption, which can damage print quality. Store in a vacuum-sealed bag with a filament desiccant, in a smart filament container before and after printing, and in a filament drying device during printing.

ABS Fusion+ Bedrock should be extruded at 260-280 ºC and 40-80 mm/s. Bed temperature must be 100-120 ºC (required). If the filament absorbs too much moisture, dry it at 60 ºC in a hot air dryer or vacuum oven for 8-10 hours.
