High quality, water soluble PVA filament with high compatibility of materials.

Raise3D is a leading manufacturer of FDM 3D printers and accessories. Since its inception it has been committed to offering high quality 3D printers, with innovative components and operating systems, while maintaining a price point suitable for the majority of professional users.

It currently offers a wide range of high quality filaments: PLA, ABS, ASA, PC, PETG and PVA.

Raise 3D's PVA+ Premium filament is a water-soluble material developed to support 3D printing structure. This filament is an excellent support material for parts that need support structures, perfect for bridges and cantilevers.

PVA+ Premium is the advanced version of Raise 3D's PVA Premium, with an improved formulation with faster and more efficient water solubility and better thermal stability than standard PVA.

Once the part has been 3D printed, simply place the part in a container of hot or cold water for approximately two hours for this PVA+ Premium support material to fully dissolve and no trace of it remains (hot water will speed up the dissolution process, although in cold water it is fully soluble).

Premium PVA+ is a special formulation developed by Raise3D. Standard PVA is compatible with PLA and other base materials. However, thanks to Raise3D's development, PVA+ Premium is compatible with a wide variety of materials and technical materials such as PLA, PETG, PA, and even fibre-filled materials such as PA12 CF.

PVA+ Premium Raise 3D filament has been designed and developed with the aim of offering the highest quality and excellent compatibility with Raise 3D printers. For this purpose, the material is tested by the manufacturer to find the parameters that are best suited for optimal printing.

Raise 3D has developed a laminating software, Idea Maker, which includes a number of predefined settings for different materials based on its test data. Among these predefined settings is the one for Raise 3D's PVA+ Premium, which greatly facilitates and speeds up the printing process.

Raise 3D PVA+ Premium is available in 750 g spools in 1.75 mm diameter only. The spools are shipped in a vacuum bag in a cardboard box. In this way, the material is kept free of moisture to ensure optimal printing.

If the PVA+ Premium filament is 3D printed on the Pro 3 or Pro 3 Plus printer with the Hyper Speed Upgrade Kit (HUK3) installed, the printing speed can be upgraded to up to 150 mm/s

Flexural modulus (MPa) 3500
Softening temperature (ºC) 60

When printing PVA+ Premium filament with Raise 3D printers, it is recommended to always print PVA+ Premium from the right hotend of the printer. In addition, when printing with Raise 3D printers of the Pro range, the top cover of the printer must always be removed.

As PVA is a water-soluble material, it is essential to use Polybox during printing to maintain optimum humidity levels and to store the filament in a moisture-free container, such as PrintDry's vacuum-sealed filament packs.
