    Raise 3D Premium PVA Filament is a water soluble material developed to support the structure of 3D printing. This filament is an excellent support material for parts that need support structures, perfect for bridges and overhangs.

    Once the 3D printing of the piece is finished, it will be enough to introduce the piece in a container with cold or hot water for about two hours so that this PVA Premium support material dissolves completely and there is no trace of it (Hot water will accelerate the process of Lay-PVA dissolution, although in cold water it's totally soluble).

    Because PVA is a water-soluble material, it's essential to store this material in a dry environment, and use Polybox during printing to maintain optimum humidity levels.

    The Raise 3D Premium PVA filament has been designed and developed with the aim of offering the highest quality and excellent compatibility with Raise 3D printers. To do this, the material is tested by the manufacturer until it finds the parameters that best fit to achieve an optimal impression.

    Raise 3D has developed a lamination software, Idea Maker, in which it includes a series of predefined settings for different materials, based on the data obtained in its tests. These presets include the one for the Raise 3D Premium PVA; which greatly facilitates and speeds up the printing process.

    Raise 3D PVA Premium comes in 1kg reels and only 1.75mm diameter. The coils are shipped in a vacuum bag inside a cardboard box. In this way, the material is preserved without moisture to ensure optimal printing.

    Hide color variations (Hide color variations)

    When printing PVA Premium filament with Raise 3D printers, it's recommended to always print PVA Premium from the right Hotend of the printer. In addition, if printing with Raise 3D printers of the Pro range, the top cover of the printer must always be removed.

    It's recommended to use Polybox during printing with this material to maintain optimum humidity levels, as well as store the filament in a container free of moisture, such as PrintDry vacuum sealed filament containers.

    Raise 3D PVA Premium Filament is designed for use with Raise 3D PLA Premium Filament. To use the PVA filament as a support for other materials, the following must be considered:

    1. The other material must be hydrophobic, so it will not be affected when submerged in water.
    2. The other material must be able to print at low temperature and at room temperature.
