These nylon 12 pellets are an FGF 3D printing material used for direct extrusion or filament production. PA12 pellets have a particle size of 0.05-0.10 mm and are available in white. It should be noted that the polyamide material absorbs water-based dyes very well and could even be dyed.
A unique feature of this material is the very small particle size, which makes the pellets look like dust. However, these PA12 pellets are intended for FGF 3D printing and cannot be used in SLS 3D printing equipment, as there is a risk of damaging the SLS 3D printer.
The best equipment for processing the PA12 pellets is the Mahor V4 pellet extruder or Tumaker 3D printers for direct extrusion. Tumaker 3D printers in the dual extrusion variant are particularly suitable for printing with the PA12 pellets as a carrier material, even in combination with filament. It is also possible to produce filament from the PA12 pellets with the help of the Felfil EVO extruder or the Filastruder.
