Dyzend Pro is one of the hotends developed by Dyze, a company dedicated to the manufacture of components for 3D printers. Within the wide range of products offered by this manufacturer you can find sensors, nozzles, hotends or extruders of the highest quality to obtain maximum performance in FDM 3D printers.

Dyzend Pro is one of the smallest hotends on the market, being also a hotend that offers advanced features in terms of working temperature, component quality and performance.

Optimised for high temperature

The heating block of the Dyzend Pro hotend is made of steel. This material maintains its high temperature resistance much better than copper or aluminium. In addition, the redesign of this component reduces heat losses by eliminating sharp edges.

The Dyzend Pro hotend is available in different versions, depending on the product version and the temperature sensor selected.

  • 500 ºC SL sensor.
  • PT100 sensor.

Both thermistors can accurately measure temperatures up to 500°C, allowing the user to 3D print all kinds of materials, from standard filaments such as PLA, PETG or ABS, technical materials such as PA or filaments with reinforcing fibres and even advanced materials such as PEEK, PEKK or PEI.

The 500 ºC SL sensor does not require additional electronics, although to install this thermistor it is necessary to modify the 3D printer's firmware and update the RT.

In the case of the PT100 sensor, an electrical amplifier board may be required to connect the sensor to the 3D printer controller board.

Both options offer accurate temperature readings to achieve the best 3D printing performance.

Optimised design

One of the most attractive features of Dyzend Pro is its small size. Its dimensions allow the user to make efficient use of the construction volume of the device.

In addition to having a high temperature sensor, in order to be able to use certain filaments, it is necessary for the components in the melting area of the material to be metallic to prevent them from being damaged by the high temperatures. For this reason, the parts that make up Dyzend Pro are metallic and resistant to high temperatures. The transition tube is made of titanium and has a ceramic coating that increases the wear resistance of the component and reduces friction, allowing a better flow of the material.

Inconel sealing washer.

To achieve optimum sealing and prevent possible material leakage between components, the Dyzend Pro hotend includes a sealing washer made of Inconel. Inconel is a high-temperature resistant alloy widely used in parts exposed to extreme conditions. This washer maintains its sealing properties even at temperatures of 500°C.

Tungsten carbide nozzle

One of the most important features of the Dyzend Pro hotend is that it has a system of interchangeable nozzles at room temperature, i.e. there is no need to heat the hotend to change nozzles.

In addition, Dyzend Pro includes a 0.4 mm tungsten carbide nozzle designed for maximum durability and high performance. This nozzle features a high thermal conductivity steel body and a tungsten carbide tip.

To complement all of its features, Dyzend Pro can be modified to accommodate a bowden extrusion system, as well as adding a liquid cooling system using Dyze liquid cooling blocks.

The Dyzend Pro hotend is an original Dyze product. All of the manufacturer's products are of excellent quality. To prevent the sale of clones, the Dyzend Pro hotend is engraved with a unique serial number, making it easy to trace suppliers, assembly and quality reports.

Unlike other hotends, the Dyzend Pro hotend comes pre-assembled, preventing possible errors due to incorrect assembly. In addition, Dyze tests its hotends to verify correct operation.

Dyzend Pro is the ideal choice for professional users who work with technical and advanced filaments such as PEKK, PEEK or PEI, materials that require high printing temperatures and accurate measurements for optimal results in the 3D printing process.
