Delta 3D printer with an extrusion temperature of 300 ºC and printing speed of up to 400 mm/s.

FLSUN are a globally renowned designer and manufacturer of FDM 3D printers, specialized in Delta 3D printers. One of their flagship products is the V400 3D printer. Its key features are the maximum printing speed of 400 mm/s, filament runout detection, automatic bed leveling, and preinstalled Klipper firmware for an even more intelligent and interactive 3D printing experience.

The V400 3D printer is equipped with the Speeder Pad, a highly integrated device based on Klipper and developed by FLSUN, with 1 GB DDR4 memory and onboard 16 GB EMM. Thanks to the Klipper firmware and the Speeder Pad, it is possible to control up to 3 printers remotely at the same time and achieve high printing speeds while maintaining quality. Speeder Pad offers intuitive model preview, input shaper, real-time monitoring, timelapse filming, and other useful functionalities. Speeder Pad can be operated via the built-in 7" wide angle touch screen or remotely (on a PC or mobile) from the web user interface connected to a local area network.

The maximum extrusion temperature of the V400 printer is 300 ºC which enables the user to work with a wide range of standard and engineering filaments such as PLA, PLA+, ABS, PETG, wood filaments, TPU, PC or PA. V400 is compatible with 1.75 mm filament and comes with a 0.4 mm nozzle.

V400's printing speed is certainly its biggest advantage as it makes it possible to print the same model about 70 % faster than similar 3D printers or any i3 architecture 3D printer. At printing speeds this high, V400 is capable of delivering great accuracy and excellent surface quality. This is thanks to the stable all-metal structure, high quality elements and an efficient extrusion system.

V400 has a build volume of Ø300 x 410 mm and is made up of high quality components such as high precision and high speed dual-axis linear guides, high precision 3K carbon fiber rods, an ultra-light dual drive direct extruder with a bimetallic heatbreak and an efficient fan for fast part cooling. This design guarantees smooth and stable printing but also durability, reliability and optimal part quality. The printing surface is a firmly bonded PEI spring steel platform for better adhesion and improved part removal, and the heated bed can reach a maximum temperature of 110 ºC.

Due to its smart design and safety features, as well as the very wide range of printable filaments, the V400 3D printer by FLSUN is the ideal equipment for rapid prototyping or the 3D printing of functional parts, even with flexible or demanding materials. The high printing speed allows for the production of parts with a great finish about 70 % faster than other similar printers on the market and the preinstalled Klipper firmware and the smart Speeder Pad really elevate the printing experience and grant the user a high level of control and flexibility in the 3D printing workflow. The automatic leveling and filament ensure worry-free printing and allow the user to work within an hour of receiving the V400 printer.

On the FLSUN YouTube channel the user can find numerous useful video tutorials on how to use and maintain the V400 3D printer, how to replace its components, as well as many videos where the printer is shown working.
