FLSUN are a globally renowned designer and manufacturer of FDM 3D printers, specialized in Delta 3D printers. One of their products is the T1 3D printer designed specially for high speed 3D printing without sacrificing quality and efficiency. T1 offers the astonishing printing speed of 1000 mm/s, a build volume of Ø 260 x 330 mm, an extrusion temperature of 300 ºC and a bed temperature of 110 ºC.

These parameters and the printer's acrylic enclosure significantly expand the range of materials that can be used with the T1 3D printer from standard materials such as PLA, PETG, PVA, PET to more demanding filaments such as ABS, ASA, PA, PC, etc. Furthermore, the T1 printer's dual gear direct drive extruder enables the smooth extrusion of flexible materials such as TPU. The textured PEI print surface ensures optimal adhesion of the first layer and easy removal of the parts.

Designed for high speed

FLSUN has ensured that the T1 printer's design and hardware are capable of supporting the groundbreaking printing speed of 1000 mm/s that the printer offers. Thus, the T1 3D printer is equipped with a sturdy all-metal frame for ultimate stability at such high printing speeds (aided with sensors for active vibration compensation).

The printer's high power stepper motor offers unrivaled accuracy and the potent CPAP Turbofan ensures fast part cooling with 30000 rpm in order to match the ultrahigh layer deposition speed. The high performance ultralight printhead was also optimized to provide impeccable results at such high printing speeds.

The T1 printer is equipped with an 0.4 mm brass nozzle than can handle temperatures of up to 300 ºC. At printing speeds of 1000 mm/s, the T1 printer's extrusion system is capable of providing maximum flow rates of up to 90 mm³/s with maximum acceleration of up to 30000 mm/s².

Smart and safe

To match the high efficiency provided by the high printing speed, FLSUN has equipped the T1 3D printer with numerous smart assitance features that make the 3D printing workflow even more user-friendly and more efficient. Thus, The T1 printer counts with an automatic bed leveling sensor, automatic Z-axis compensation, a filament detection sensor, as well as the active vibration compensation sensor mentioned earlier. Furthermore, to ensure energy efficiency, the T1 printer has a power loss resume function, automatic heating stop, as well as a screen auto sleep function.

The integrated AI camera enables the users to not only remotely monitor the printing progress in real time but also record time-lapse videos of the printing session. The AI camera also detects printing problems as they occurs and alerts the user of debris detection or the spaghetti effect. Furthermore, to make the 3D printing environment cleaner and safer, FLSUN has equipped the T1 printer with a composite air filter (HEPA and activated carbon) that effectively filters any ultrafine particles and contaminants (VOCs), preventing them from being released into the surrounding environment.

The T1 3D printer is equipped with a 4.3" color touchscreen that allows the user to perform maintenance and control the printing process (also possible through the PC interface). The T1 printer is compatible with the MacOS and Windows operating systems, and .stl, .obj, .amf, and .3mf laminating formats. The offered connectivity are USB, Ethernet and WiFi and the supported laminating software are FLSUN Slicer and third party slicers for greater workflow flexibility. To ensure the printer's optimal performance, the upgrades are performed over-the-air via an internet connection. The printer offers 8 GB of EMMC storage and additional 16 GB on a USB flash disk.
